AVAILABILITY

All items listed on our website are available to purchase, unless stated otherwise. Our stock quantities update as a purchase is complete, so there may be a chance that your item is sold out before you complete your purchase.  If this is the case, we will notify you immediately and offer a replacement product or a full refund.

PAYMENT

All payments are in Australian Dollars.  We accept payment by Pay Pal, Direct Deposit, Visa or Mastercard. Your order will be shipped when your payment has been confirmed.

REFUNDS

If you have received a faulty item, or your ring is the incorrect size, please let us know as soon as you receive it.  Email us at info@indahkoin.com with your order number and details about the fault (even a picture!).  We will either repair, replace or refund the item.  iNDAH KOiN will not provide refunds for a change of mind.

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange an item if it is the incorrect size.  The item must be returned to us in original condition, including packaging, within 5 days of purchase.  If the item is for a gift and it is after the 5 days, please email us. 

PRIVACY STATEMENT

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. No credit card details are kept on file by iNDAH KOiN.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
